I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The family VIP room, with two separate bedrooms connected by a living room, was a great upgrade. However, cleanliness could have been improved as we had to request towels and toilet paper. The room amenities, including a flat-screen TV, safe vault, mini bar, and a complete bathroom kit, enhanced the comfort of our stay.
